Pop, pop, pop goes the color...

It's hard to imagine having a care in the world when everything feels so airy. The colorful accessories whisper little songs of joy, comparable to those of wildflowers in the breeze. And the light fixture - well, it contributes elegance and whimsy, simultaneously. Who doesn't love a multitasker?
Even the broom holds its own as a fashionable addition to the decor. Love, love, love Car Mobel!

Speaking of pink kitchens...

I spotted this one on Little Glowing Lights and fell in love! It looks so earthy and sophisticated at the same time. The rich pink feels so warm, which is perfect for New England's winter. Though I'm hardly a fan of cooking, I might be more inclined to spend time in the kitchen if it looked and felt this great.
I think I'd fill that sunny window with houseplants. Every pink needs a little green for balance. Aren't the mismatched chairs charming? Slightly unexpected, but perfectly inviting for tea and conversation.

Back to blogging

Where did January go? Between a visit to Pennsylvania, a few days of feverish sickness, and new jobs, I've let my blog go to dust. Though I haven't posted, I have spent time contemplating a rustic, bubble gum kitchen...
...listening to Andrew Bird's new Noble Beast

...and most of all, enjoying this late winter sunshine that alludes to the quickly approaching spring.

Happy Week Before February, all.
